The Skull Crusher can be found on AI-Players and in crates. It can also be crafted. This weapon is excellent for killing Floater Bloaters. Sneak attacking using this weapon will leave the Floater Bloater at 1/3 health, and 3 swings is sufficient to finish it off.
It can be obtained through Zombie Warfare Pack.
