Oak Bushes is one of the main locations where Oak trees can be found and harvested. Iron nodes found in here will have a greater chance to provide Bauxite than those in the Limestone Cliffs.
Players wearing the lowest tier or no armor at all will start freezing after some time.
This area also has more dangerous enemies than other Yellow zones. A couple of Toxic Abominations can be found here and AI survivors will often have weapons more commonly seen in standard Red zones.
